Espada Amenity Center

MGI Electrical is proudly delivering the electrical installation for the Espada Amenity Center, a new 337,900-square-foot community recreation facility located in the Espada master-planned neighborhood in San Antonio, Texas. The project includes construction of a main building, bathhouse, pool area, parking, playground, and sports courts designed to support year-round resident activity and leisure. Our scope encompassed full electrical service installation, power distribution systems, interior and exterior lighting, panelboards, and infrastructure for specialty amenity spaces. Through detailed coordination with the general contractor and other trades, MGI delivered a high-performance, code-compliant electrical system that enhances functionality, safety, and long-term reliability. With precision execution and commitment to quality, this project supports vibrant community engagement and a welcoming recreational environment for residents.
